On Monday 9th December the Friends and Volunteers Christmas party was held at Watts Gallery. It turned out to be one of the most successful Christmas parties to date, with over 200 Friends and Volunteers attending.

The evening began with drinks and nibbles. A delicious winter Pimms was served along with homemade biscuits and roasted chestnuts.  Raffle tickets were brought, the prizes included a hot air balloon ride, a two day mini break and a day of gardening from one of the Watts Gallery employee's!

In the background, harps and a choir sang and guests had the opportunity to visit (or re-visit) our temporary exhibition, The Making of Mary Seton Watts.

The evening concluded with one of the Watts Gallery Trustee's dressing up as Father Christmas and presenting the raffle prizes to a waiting crowd. Congratulations to all those who won prizes!

Watts Gallery would like to say Happy Christmas to all our Friends, Volunteers, visitors and supporters and we wish you the very best in the New Year.
