
A national gallery in the heart of a village, Watts Gallery, Compton, Surrey celebrates the life and work of G. F. Watts and is unique as a purpose built Arts & Crafts Gallery. Compton embraces the work of Mary Seton Watts, her Compton Pottery and the Watts Cemetery Chapel.

Throughout the restoration of Watts Gallery, guided tours are available of the Watts Cemetery Chapel, a Celtic and Art Nouveau masterpiece created by Mary Seton Watts and walking tours of the many sites associated with Watts in Compton.
The restoration of Watts Gallery has created A Gallery Without Walls, a wide variety of learning, schools outreach and community events, furthering the ideals of G. F. Watts and Mary Seton Watts who always had 'art for all' at the heart of their activities.
