Volunteering
Join our community of volunteers
Watts Gallery is currently supported by a community of more than three hundred volunteers but we will still need more so would be grateful for your help. We offer training on Watts Gallery and its collection and a full induction to every volunteer. Our enthusiastic community of volunteers also enjoy complementary copies of Watts Gallery magazines, quarterly volunteer forums, various social gatherings and a 10% discount in the shop and tea shop.
One of our volunteers said:
"The Watts Gallery has a magical atmosphere - it is unique in its rural setting. As a steward in the gallery I feel part of the Victorian art world and learn more every week”
We are true to Watts Gallery’s original ethos of ‘Art for All’ so whether you are looking to meet like minded people, acquire new skills, develop your CV, or learn more about Watts Gallery we are keen to welcome you to the team.

Jobs
Tea Shop Catering Assistant
We currently have a vacancy for part time and weekend waiting staff at our tea shop. Duties will include assisting and serving customers, clearing tables, and general kitchen duties. Previous experience would be an advantage, but enthusiasm for the job and dedication to customer service are most important. The ability to work as part of a busy team is essential. A Food Hygiene Certificate Level would be an advantage.
