100 Years of a Living Art Pottery: W. Moorcroft Limited 1913-2013

Special Exhibition at Limnerslease, Compton
The exhibition will display examples of Moorcroft art pottery, spanning 100 years since the formation of the company in April 1913, through to the present day. Each of the main designers will be represented - William Moorcoft (1913-45), Walter Moorcroft (1945-86), Sally Tuffin (1896-92) and Rachel Bishop (1993 to present) as well as a selection of pre-1913 pieces illustrating the transition William Moorcroft made from employee of James Macintyre & Co to employer.
PLEASE NOTE: Entrance ticket to Limnerslease House is free of charge but you must collect your tickets on arrival from the Visitor Centre.
Important note for wheelchair users and people with walking difficulties
At Limnerslease there are no lifts and access is restricted to the first floor.
The walk up to Watts Chapel is unsuitable for wheelchairs or those with walking difficulties.
