£10 entry for half marathon walk - Coach departs the Artists' Village at 8.30am to take you to Ranmore Common, Dorking
£3 entry for 3.5 mile woodland walk - Families meet at 11am at Watts Gallery - Artists' Village
Don your walking boots and follow in the footsteps of ancient Pilgrims by taking part in the 2016 Walk for Watts charity fundraiser.
The medieval and picturesque Pilgrims' Way will serve as the backdrop for two walks bringing together Friends, volunteers, staff and supporters to raise funds for Watts Chapel. Bring your family, friends and dog, and discover an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty as you contribute to saving what is undoubtedly a national treasure for generations to come.
The 13 mile walk begins at Ranmore Common, just outside Dorking, and finishes at Watts Gallery - Artists' Village. Safeguard Coaches will transport you to the start of the walk, departing the Artists' Village at 8.30am.
The shorter walk will take you from the Artists' Village to Loseley Park and back. Families are invited to meet at the Artists' Village at 11am and follow the Binky Bear trail. The adventurous Binky Bear will be there to meet you on your return to the Artists' Village!
Refreshments will be available at several points of each walk.
All funds raised will go towards the urgent preservation of Watts Chapel. We are encouraging all walkers to set themselves a suggested fundraising target of £100, but all funds raised will be gratefully received.
