Surrey Artists' Open Studios
Discover the diversity and creativity of Surrey artists
2 – 17 June 2018

Surrey's largest arts event returns this June for sixteen days. Surrey artists will be welcoming the public into their studios for the annual Surrey Artists' Open Studios (SAOS) event taking place in artists' studios right across the county. There will be over 275 artists taking part in 164 studios (an 11% increase on last year)!

As well as a chance to meet and talk to artists in their place of work, the summer open studios event offers visitors the opportunity to view demonstrations, buy artwork, enter a free prize draw and even get involved in creative workshops. Studio locations are throughout Surrey and its borders.

We will once again be holding our special launch day on Saturday 2 June, which will see artists offering an array of activities exclusively to visitors on the first day of open studios of this popular countywide event. This exciting event continues to grow each year and showcases exceptional work within the county.

“This unique event offers an exciting opportunity to meet artists and makers in Surrey, to hear about and see first-hand their practice and to admire their work," says Jane McGibbon coordinator of SAOS.

The festival continues to grow each year with a range of artists at different stages of their careers opening their studio doors. For more information please pick up a brochure or visit our website.
