Carol Ann Duffy DBE FRSL is one of Britain's best-loved poets and playwrights. Appointed the first female Poet Laureate in 1999, Duffy has written for both children and adults, receiving many awards for her work, including the Signal Prize for Children's Verse, the Whitbread Poetry Award, Forward Prize, as well as the Lannan Award and E.M. Forster Prize in America. In 2012 Duffy was awarded the PEN Pinter Prize. In this special evening event she will reflect on the writings of Christina Rossetti before reading from her latest collection, Sincerity.

Ticket includes a glass of white wine and 10% off the Christina Rossetti: Poetry in Art exhibition book (Yale University Press).

This event will include a book signing.
