Meet the Artist: Artists from The Prince's Foundation School of Traditional Arts

Visit our Artist in Residence Studio throughout the season to meet different artists who have trained in Islamic art and design, from marquetry and book illumination to miniature painting and calligraphy. Watch them demonstrate their artistic practice and discover more about the history, tools and techniques behind their crafts.

The Prince's School runs pioneering programmes about the traditional arts of the great civilisations of the world. It offers courses suitable for anyone interested in traditional arts, including academic programmes for graduates and short courses, taster sessions and lectures, which are open to all. They also run outreach projects in more than twenty countries, as well as a Harmony programme, designed to engage schools with ideas of art, craft and design.
