Join head gardener Annabel Watts on a tour of the beautiful Grade I listed gardens of Munstead Wood. Located near Godalming, these gardens are some of the most famous in England. In the grounds is the home of celebrated Victorian horticulturist Gertrude Jekyll, a house designed by a young Edwin Lutyens.
Afterwards, pass through a connecting gate to the garden of an Artists' Village volunteer to discover a second beautiful landscape that was originally part of the Munstead wood estate. This garden contains many features established by Gertrude Jekyll, including experimental borders of iris and lupin, specially designed to be enjoyed in the month of June.
