Phoebe Anna Traquair: Works in Miniature

26 April to 23 October 2016

Mary Watts Gallery at Watts Studios

The Scottish artist Phoebe Anna Traquair (1852-1936) was a key figure in the Arts & Crafts Movement. Taking inspiration from Renaissance art and the poetry of William Blake, Traquair produced murals, embroidery, illuminated manuscripts and enamels.

This display showcases her talents as an enameller with loans from the Victoria and Albert Museum.
