About Members event: Mandala and Mindfulness workshop

Wednesday 11 February 2026

10:30am - 12pm

Step into stillness and reconnect with yourself in this mindfulness workshop led by UbieDesign - a creative art studio founded in 2017 by husband-and-wife team Ubie and Matt.

Through the meditative practice of mandala drawing, you’ll be gently guided into a peaceful and reflective state of mind.

Mandalas are ancient spiritual symbols found in many cultures, representing wholeness, balance, and the universe. Drawing them is more than a creative act – it is a form of moving meditation. As your hand flows in circles and patterns, your mind slows down, inviting clarity, calm, and presence.

No artistic experience is needed – just an open heart and a willingness to explore your inner world, one line at a time.

In this 1.5-hour workshop, you’ll learn how to create your own mandala. You will be guided step by step, and once your outline is ready, you can add patterns, colours, and ink details to make it uniquely yours.

By the end of the session, each participant will have their own unique mandala artwork to take home – a beautiful reminder of their creativity and the mindful time spent in the workshop.
