Tickets are valid only for the date and time (if applicable) stated. Please check your ticket(s) and/or confirmation email on the receipt as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.
If purchasing a concession priced ticket(s), this includes Members (Friend, Patron, Exhibition Circle and Adopt a Watts), associated memberships (e.g. Art Fund, Historic Houses, Museums Association, English Heritage members etc) and promotional tickets, please ensure that the person the ticket(s) is intended for meets the correct criteria and brings proof of eligibility on the day of attendance.
Please show your ticket or confirmation email on your smart phone at the Visitors Centre (Shop) upon arrival. During your visit please retain your ticket(s) safely for production on request by staff.
Cancellations and refunds
Watts Gallery Trust reserves the right to alter the advertised arrangements for any exhibition or event, cancel any exhibition or event and/or close the exhibition or event without notice.
Should cancellation of any event, be necessary, Watts Gallery Trust will attempt to contact all customers who have booked tickets in advance to arrange exchange or refund of tickets. This contact will be in the form of email for online customers, so customers are advised to check their email inbox before visiting to avoid an unnecessary journey should an event be cancelled. If an alternative visit date cannot be arranged, we will then refund the full price paid, including the payment processing fees, to customers.
For general admission tickets: if you are unable to attend on the day you have booked, please contact us 48 hours before your booking and we will endeavour to accommodate your request or amend your booking online.For event tickets: as a charity, if you are unable to attend the event we are unable to issue refunds due to the costs associated with running events. Full refunds will be issued if Watts Gallery has to cancel an event.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order before it has been despatched, please contact us as soon as possible: email shop@wattsgallery.org.uk or phone 01483 813593. If your order has already been despatched, please follow our returns policy below.
Returns and Refunds
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy merchandise online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receiving your items. This includes any delivery charge but does not include the cost of returning the item.
We want you to be delighted with your online purchase but if for any reason you have changed your mind, or your purchase is not suitable we will happily offer you an exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase. If there’s a problem with your item (if we’ve made a mistake, or if your order arrives damaged) please try to let us know immediately by emailing shop@wattsgallery.org.uk, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you as soon as possible.If you wish to make a return, please contact us: email shop@wattsgallery.org.uk or phone 01483 813593. You will need to return your unwanted goods, unused and in original packaging and labels attached, within 28 days of purchase to:

We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service or obtain a Certificate of Posting, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches Watts Gallery- Artists' Village.
If you are returning a limited edition or unique contemporary artwork purchased online, you will need to return this using our approved courier so please contact shop@wattsgallery.org.uk or phone 01483 813593 so we can assist you on arranging this. We can only accept returns of contemporary artwork within 14 days of purchase.
Please note that we cannot offer a refund or exchange on earrings, face coverings and food items purchased online.
Once we’ve received your return we will process your refund, replacement, or exchange as quickly as possible. If you’re owed a refund, we’ll issue this using the same payment details that were used to purchase the items. We aim to process all returns within 1-2 weeks. Sometimes the refund could take up to an additional 10 working days to show in your account, so please bear with us.
If there’s a problem with your item (if we’ve made a mistake, or if your order arrives damaged or faulty) please try to let us know immediately by emailing shop@wattsgallery.org.uk and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you as soon as possible. For any damaged or faulty goods we will reimburse you the cost of any postage to return the item to us.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

For most products we currently offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £100. Our other delivery costs are as follows:
UK – £4.95 per orderEuropean Union – £15 per order Rest of world (including non-EU European countries) £30 per order
Contemporary artwork – works can be collected from Watts Gallery, Compton, GU3 1DQ. We can arrange delivery however the cost will vary depending on the destination, size, weight and value of the artwork. Some works cannot be delivered due to their size or fragility. Pick-up - You can opt for ‘Local pick up’ to avoid paying delivery and to collect from Watts Gallery, Compton, GU3 1DQDuties, Tax and Service Charges
If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties, taxes and delivery service charges, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will need to pay any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note that your country’s customs office may also apply a small administration fee to each delivery. Please be aware that customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we advise you to contact your local customs office for further information. Please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by custom authorities.
What payment methods do you accept?We accept the following payment methods: Mastercard, Visa. Unfortunately, at the moment we can’t accept gift vouchers online.
What if my product isn't available at time of order?When we receive an order, we will despatch all the items that are available from stock. Any remaining items are despatched once they have all arrived in stock. If you require any items on your order more urgently, please contact us by emailing shop@wattsgallery.org.uk or by calling 01483 813593Has my order been despatched?Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email informing you that your order has been despatched.
