Watts Gallery Trust (“Watts Gallery – Artists' Village”, “we” or “us”) whose address is Down Lane, Compton, Guildford Surrey GU3 1DQ, is responsible for the website.

By using and/or accessing the website, you are deemed to accept our terms and conditions of use. Please read them carefully. Content in which Watts Gallery Trust owns copyright (or related rights) may be used free of charge for non-commercial purposes.

Watts Gallery Trust considers non-commercial use to be any use that is not intended for or directed towards commercial advantage of monetary compensation.

The following non-commercial use of Watts Gallery Trust copyright content featured on the website are permitted, except where other terms may apply:

  • Using Watts Gallery Trust copyright owned content and works in the public domain for non-commercial research, private study, criticism and review, or for the purpose of teaching and instruction within an educational establishment
  • Downloading Watts Gallery Trust copyright audio visual content for non-commercial offline listening or viewing

Commercial filming and photography are not allowed onsite without prior written permission. To arrange a location shoot, please contact us by emailing cateringandvenuehire@wattsgallery.org.uk or telephoning 01483 813590.

Removal of material and access to the website

Watts Gallery Trust shall have the right to refuse to allow you access to the website or any part of it at any time and for any reason without giving you any advance notice.

Watts Gallery Trust shall have the right at any time and for any reason to remove from the website any material posted, uploaded, emailed or otherwise transmitted by you without giving you any advance notice.

Viruses

Whilst effort has been taken to ensure that the website is free from viruses, Watts Gallery Trust gives no warranties that it is indeed free from viruses and you are responsible for ensuring that you have installed adequate virus checking software.
