Contemporary art

George and Mary Watts shared a vision that art had the power to change society and should be available for everyone to experience and enjoy. Watts Gallery continues this Art for All by All approach through our contemporary art programmes.

The varied offer at Watts Gallery - Artists' Village includes a dedicated Artist in Residence programme, where artists and makers are invited to respond to our exhibitions and site. We also have an exhibition space dedicated to contemporary art with six exhibitions a year. All Watts Contemporary Gallery's exhibited artwork is for sale and can be taken home at the end of exhibitions.
