I joined the Development team at Watts Gallery at the end of April this year. I support many different areas, like our Friend and Patron events, our project development work and fundraising campaigns. I also look after a lot of the administration work for our memberships, so, if you have a question about your membership or you're thinking of joining, get in touch! members@wattsgallery.org.uk
I am a bit of a spreadsheet nerd so I really enjoy getting stuck into the data. It's also great getting to know the incredible volunteers, donors, Friends and visitors here at Watts Gallery. I have always worked in the charity sector and one of the things I love about charitable organisations is the passion and commitment people have for their work. Here at Watts it's particularly special because there is so much joy around sharing art with our visitors and community.

With our new Director, Gary Topp now in post, I am really looking forward to seeing how Watts Gallery develops. I'm currently working on ways we can improve and grow our membership, and part of that will be telling members stories. So many of our Friends have been supporters of the Gallery for many years and have deep connections with the history and the art here; and then some have visited for the first time recently and been inspired to join. So, I'm really looking forward to hearing those different stories and getting to know our Watts Gallery Friends.
I love dressing up, whether it's for a play (I was a member of Godalming Theatre Group for a while), at a music festival, or for Halloween; I like my costumes to create a spectacle and I'll spend hours and hours with my glue gun and sewing machine.
I really love travelling, walking and mountains. Last year I spent two months hiking in the Balkans.
