As part of your membership, every time our events go on sale every other month, you will enjoy early access to book events before they go on general sale. You have a 48 hour window to see what's on ahead of anyone else and secure your tickets.

Below are instructions to help you access the events on the ticketing website before they go on public sale.

Step 1: if you visit the event you are interested in, click on the button that says 'Members pre-booking live'.

Step 2: you will be taken to a page on the ticketing website where you will need to login as a member. You will need your membership number and email.

Your membership number can be found on the new style membership cards underneath your name. The membership number is shown after the '#' and will start with an F0, WAT, P0, EC0 or AAW0 - depending on your type of membership.

Step 3: you will be sent an email with a pin code to verify it is you trying to login. Enter the pin code you receive into the box.

Step 4: you will then be logged in and will be able to identify all new events with a member banner. If there are any error messages, please refresh your browser and see if that resolves the issue. As well as all our shiny new events, there are many regular events already live with new dates to take advantage of too!
