Bring the whole family for a full day of art, exploration and creativity.

Admission is free for children under 16 and you can enjoy a wide range of free activities in the galleries and around our 18 acre site.

Don't forget to pick up a William Morris Wombat trail from the Visitor Centre and have an adventure in the Verey Playwood during your visit!

For lunch, stop off at the Watts Café for a sit-down meal or visit the Canvas Room for take-away lunch that you can enjoy in our grounds and gardens.

    The Art of Wallpaper: Morris & Co.

Families can enjoy a wide range of free, self-guided activities included with general admission. These include:

- William Morris Wombat trail
- Sketching opportunities throughout the galleries
- Art trolley situated in the Historic Galleries, filled with sketching materials and creative prompts
- Explorer cards and 5 things to find bags
- An interactive, collaborative installation in the Artist in Residence Studio
- Dressing up stations
- Outdoor games in the grounds
- Run wild in the Verey Playwood
