Bring a blanket, settle in and relax for a journey into the soothing sounds of gongs and traditional Himalayan singing bowls. As the sound frequencies wash over you, feel the pace slowing and achieve a state of deep relaxation.
Please wear comfy, warm clothes and bring along anything to make yourself comfortable, such as a mat, blanket and cushion. We have a few yoga mats and cushions available, but if you have your own, please bring them with you.
Jo’s journey into the world of sound healing began when she was looking for emotional support, and following a friend’s recommendation, she attended her first gong bath, where she experienced a sense of great peace and stillness..
Realising how powerful and healing sound can be on many levels, she wanted to learn more and share its therapeutic value with others through her own practice.
After Gong Master training courses with Sheila Whittaker and amazing sessions with Aidan McIntyre and Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux she began to hold individual and group soundbaths, creating nurturing and seasonally themed sessions.
