With 18 acres of woodland and gardens to explore, Watts Gallery - Artists' Village is the perfect place to enjoy a walk with your four-legged friends.

Doggy dos and don'ts

We welcome dogs everywhere outside onsite and want you to have a 'paw-some' time. However, as not all our visitors are dog-loving people, and to help protect our beautiful surroundings, we just ask that you adhere to our dos and don’ts for visiting with your dog.

  • Please keep dogs on short leads at all times
  • Dogs are welcome anywhere in the grounds
  • You can enjoy outdoor refreshments with your dog at the Tea Shop, we even have dog ice cream!
  • Please find water bowls to keep your dog hydrated outside the Tea Shop and Shop
  • Please note dogs are not permitted inside the Historic Galleries, Limnerslease, Chapel, Watts Contemporary Gallery and the Tea Shop
  • Dogs are allowed inside the Shop
  • Assistance dogs are welcome inside all buildings
  • Please clear up after your dog
  • Please do not leave your dog tied up and unattended anywhere in the grounds
  • Please keep to footpaths

Explore the surrounding areas

We're situated along the North Downs Way, a national trail of 153 miles. The trail follows much of the historical Pilgrim's Way and is perfect for avid walkers looking to explore after their visit.
