This October have an adventure with a day out at Watts Gallery, with lots of free with admission activities (and some extra-special bookable experiences too!).

Dress up and step back in time
Transform into a character from the past with costumes inspired by our Victorian collection – free with admission.

Drop-in sketching studio
Get creative in our Clore Studio with free drop-in drawing sessions for all ages.

Artist in Residence studio
Collaborative installation – Add your mark in the Artist in Residence studio.

Scent seekers trail
Enjoy a scented outdoor trail, inspired by the current exhibition, Scented Visions: Smell in Art 1850-1915. Discover over 20 scented plants and flowers across the grounds and gardens, and learn interesting facts about them along the way.

Climb, swing, and explore in our woodland adventure play area.

Enhance your visit with extra trails and workshops:

Clay Club(Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday)
Join us for a hands-on clay workshop to make pumpkins, black cats or other creations. There are limited spaces per session, so advance booking is recommended.

The Make Space (Wednesday and Thursday)
Enjoy seasonal craft activities in our bookable creative sessions. There are limited spaces per session, so advance booking is recommended.

Scented puzzle trail
Discover the gallery in a whole new way by adding our scented puzzle trail to your visit. Follow your nose through the galleries and Limnerslease and use your sense of smell to crack codes and find the answers for a mega crossword!
