About Yoga Mini Retreat

This event has been altered and postponed until autumn.

Please check back soon for more information.

Revitalise, replenish and relax as you join Susie Jewell for this treat of an afternoon for the mind, body and soul in the beautiful Watts Gallery woodland. Guided through a mindful mandala flow you will transition through a meditative sequence to create rhythm and harmony.

Once you have experienced the sequence, continue your mandala practice by creating nature mandalas and mindful drawings with artist Charlie Betts before returning to the mat for a final meditation.

During the break, herbal teas and a delicious selection of fruit and small sweet treats will be provided to sustain your energy.

Please bring a mat and anything else you wish to make yourself as comfortable and relaxed as possible, such as a blanket or cushion. Please note this workshop will be outdoors, the yoga will be undercover but we will also move around the woodlands. We have a few yoga mats available if necessary but if you have your own, please bring it along. All sketching materials will be provided.
